Dr. Dhurga Reddy is a California licensed naturopathic doctor. She has been in practice since 2009, serving families in Orange County since 2012. She provides comprehensive integrative health care services to patients of all ages, specializing in women’s health and pediatrics.

Her personal mission is to support individuals on their health journeys by using her knowledge of the intricate and interconnected workings of the human body. She strives to thoughtfully and critically consider each of her patients’ health needs. She hopes to inspire her patients to live mindfully, and to thrive by empowering them with information and providing them with compassion.

Dr. Reddy received her Naturopathic Doctorate degree from Bastyr University, one of the leading, accredited Naturopathic Medical schools in the United States. Prior to medical school, Dr. Reddy attended Cornell University in New York, where she discovered her calling to practice integrative medicine, and graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Human Development and pre-medicine. Dr. Reddy’s medical education has been augmented by ongoing formal training in the yoga tradition of Krishnamacharya since 2005. She actively integrates the philosophy and practice of yoga into her daily life, as well as her naturopathic practice.

Before joining the team of doctors at Newport Integrative Health, Dr. Reddy was practicing naturopathic primary care medicine in Irvine, CA. She moved to Southern California over 10 years ago from Oregon. Originally from Chicago, she has also made her home in New York, India, the Pacific Northwest, and California. When not in her office, Dr. Reddy enjoys outdoor adventures with her active boys and cooking healthy food to share with her friends and family from around the world.
